Me neither. But I have no real desire for it. Most of these events have been that way lately. The dangers of running out of existing material, I guess.
ACT 2 IS LIVE!
I’m liking the prizes this act. Monster Couch and Death. Pretty sweet.
Also I got a couple more kids to go trick or treating and 4 more people to fight giant monsters. So for those of you who weren’t able to make it through all the prizes in Act 1 maybe now you’ll have a better chance to get them this Act.
I have resolved to try harder in this act, because I must acquire Death.
I was going to say the same thing for the same reason. Screw the couch monster. I want Death.
I thought the same thing, but my guess is that Death is going to be a non-playable character, like the donut with legs. I’ll bet that when you tap Death, it points.
Marshmallow is playable, so I’m going to guess Death is too. Wouldn’t be cromulent to have an NPC be the main prize of this act.
If Death is able to fight worm-monsters, the fights should be cut down to 30 seconds from four hours.
The game just crashed on my phone for some reason and now I’m reloading the data via cell (EA is blocked at work so I can’t use Wifi). What a pain, at 175/499 now…
In any case, I had 300 donuts and so I spent some on Sherri and Terri. I originally wasn’t that interested in them but they do go trick or treating so that’s nice. I just got the Dark Carriage this morning so I am ahead of the game according to the TSTO Addicts Timeline. I feel like I’m behind with the MAG points though, I dunno.
I really hope Death is playable.
Really disappointed that the covered bridge cannot be placed over water.

A little trick I read on tstoforum is that the Wise Guy has a 12-hour “fix plumbing” task that can take place in the Haunted Mansion. It has a great animation that isn’t used otherwise. So if you want extra Halloween spirit in your town and you have both character and building, wait till he gets near it (or move the house near to him) and keep him on the task. I felt silly bothering to do it but it makes me smile now every time.
I have been playing for just over a year and Sherri and Terri do help out quite a bit. So if you’re a serious player, they’re a good buy and they pay out double on most things.
I just tried it but he wasn’t close to the mansion. D’oh!
Do you have a link? All I can find is that his 12 hour task works at multiple buildings and doesn’t have an animation. And I can’t find a building called “Haunted Mansion,” does that mean Spooky House? Shinning Hotel? Maison Derriere? Haunted Condo in Krustyland?
Well I was all rich a bit back and had bought some donuts so I decided to purchase the Crazy Iguana Lady and she comes with a “Foggy Swamp”. I accidentally tapped on it when I was tapping on the flying rats, or whatever, and I found it has an animation. A Man-Thing/Swamp Thing type guy pokes his head up out of the water.
Man I really need to get back to Krustyland stuff.
The Haunted Mansion is Bad Dream house officially. Sorry for the vagueness. You know, from way, way, way, way back in the first season or two? James Earl Jones voiced it?
Wise Guy has to be near it or he’ll wander off to any other house. So if you have BDH and get him near it, or move it near him, for 12 hours its windows will flash green and blue.

Season 2 as S1 didn’t have THoH, so the number is always season minus 1.
That jibes with the Wiki. Wise Guy Raphael doesn’t have a 12 hour animation, but the house does have an “in use” animation, it’s just that there is no way to access that animation normally without him (or apparently it is used with the house’s questline, but once that’s done you can’t do it again).
The swamp is also impossible to get if you bought the CCL for the first time this event. You either needed to have her already, or intentionally avoid the deal until you buy her normally from the menu. I instead got CCL, CIL, and the house.
Ok the couch monster is stupid. Just got it. It’s animated when you touch it, but it doesn’t fit with any of the other Halloween stuff. Am I missing something?
But I’m that much closer to Death, which is nice.
