And since I didn’t really answer a question, let me finish watsonwil’s quote by saying that Homer was reaching for a can of “Nuts ‘n’ Gum” when he said that.
Marge said: “Oh, it’s that pair of Dockers you wanted. Forty-eight waist with the balloon seat, right?”
(In the episode with the hippies when Homer discovered his middle name, while they were driving around town “freaking out the squares.”)
When Bart is about to be caught by the bullies from Shelbyville, what does he say to distract them?

“Look! Someone’s attractive cousin!” (because, you’ll recall, Shelbyville was founded on the principle that people should be allowed to marry their cousins.)
Describe the two animals Lisa sees in “Friar Wiggum’s Fantastical Beastarium” at the Springfield Renaissance Fair.
One of them was the esquilax, a mythical creature with the head of a rabbit and the body…of a rabbit. Can’t recall the other.

Anyway, Mrs. Botts didn’t know what she would do, because everyone always does what she says!
Was he the one who took a bribe to allow someone to log Springfield Forest?
I don’t recall about Burns’ lunch, so I won’t post a new question.
Worker and Parasite was the Warsaw Pact Cartoon Krusty got to replace Itchy and Scratchy when the went over to Gabbo.
Congressman Arnold wanted to drill for oil in Teddy Roosevelt’s head (on Mt Rushmore). He may have also agreed to cut down the forest, not sure.
I can’t remember the other animal in Wiggum’s beastarium.
Arnold was arrested and ultimately expelled for taking a bribe to approve oil drilling in Teddy’s head, but he had already agreed to let Springfield Forest get cut down, and it was Lisa’s revelation of this that inspired the Teddy oil sting.
The other animal in the beastarium was the mythical two-headed hound, born with only one head.
