I catch most of the movie references in the Simpsons, but there is one I’ve been wondering about. In the Springshield episode, when Fat Tony and his gang are on their way to Homer’s there is a very stylized montage with dramatic background music that can only be a movie reference, but I can’t find anyone who recognizes it.
