The Sweet Sixteen MMP

I was late registering here but I read a lot all the way back to the old AOL days. Back then about the only posting I ever did was in some of the reenactor chat rooms; especially the one Civil War one. The Hosties there were really good, I had met several in person, and the “live” discussions and contests were a lot of fun. So was blowing up Katies rock and getting hugs from Fannie (inside jokes) and the night my wives all formed an actual organization (another inside joke). I still see some of them in real life and we regret that as AOL folded different tents we weren’t able to move the whole thing along. So consider the Dope special and lucky for surviving.

Now that you mention it ---- I was narrating the battle yesterday when one of the highlanders took casualty a little enthusiastically and as he went face down his kilt flipped up to about the middle of his back. I apologized to the audience for their history lesson being mixed with biology and said we should have expected it since that man’s Delaware name was Flashing Moon. Between us, he and I, we got quite a round of applause.
