Exactly. And that’s true for pretty much all the diet advice anyone gives. There are people who do well on a high fat diet, on a low fat diet, eating lots of tomatoes, avoiding tomatoes… heck, i have a friend who has a severe fodmap sensitivity who is now eating lots of highly processed carbs that would destroy a diabetic. But he is now healthier for it.
We all have slightly different metabolic issues, and humans are omnivores, most of us have a very wide range of good choices we could make.
