Does anyone subscribe to this?

Does anyone have a paid Premium subscription?

Originally, a complete list would be sent out daily. Then the owner decided to charge, and now a complete list is sent out only on Wednesdays, with “excerpts” from the daily list sent out on the other days.

I am a subscriber to the daily list, but I don’t have a paid subscription, and I don’t plan to. In fact, frequently I wonder if i should just unsubscribe from the list altogether.

The thing is, although I find a lot of the entries amusing - and some are pretty funny - at no time are they so darn funny as to warrant me paying money for them. Yes, I’m spoiled by the Internet; you can get free humor elsewhere.

So does anyone out there actually pay for the Top 5 lists? Is it worth it to you?

Uh, is there a link or a cite or something to give me (and no doubts others) some idea what the heck you’re talking about? :confused:

Sure -

Essentially, it’s a daily humor list (the site is newer than the mailing list, of course). The list manager they use is the same one that This Is True and (I think) the SDMB use.
