I dunno-- I’m sure he’d be happy to answer “Mr. President! How do you retain your youthful vigor given your arduous work schedule?”
“Mr. President! Do you plan to accept the Nobel Peace Prize if so rightfully honored?”

How would taking away their White House credentials stop news outlets from publishing articles critical of the President?
Fair enough, but that doesn’t stop them from talking about him, or writing about him.
Guiliani: Well, the president is trying to work his way down from 320lbs… Ow, why’d you kick me in the shins?
SHS: The President spends 14 hours a day exercising, which doesn’t interfere with his 18 hour work day.
Conway: Trump is Adonis.
The linked article doesn’t say anything like that. It’s about the Treasury Department Inspector General opening an investigation into whether the Suspicious Activity Reports that Avenatti has were leaked from Treasury. I’m sure they’re asking him where he got the information, but that’s a far cry from “going after” him.
Gotta go after somebody. That’s not kosher, somebody broke a law, and has to account for it. Be that as it may, the facts are what they are, and we are better for having them. If whomsoever did this did it for money or fame, fuck 'em. if they were motivated by patriotism, I am inclined to be lenient. Send Barry Obama over to give them a firm scolding. Or maybe Michelle. Yeah, Michelle.
Wouldn’t this require him actually standing at a podium and taking questions? ![]()
Of course, he’s much too much of a chickenshit liar for that to be possible.
this shouldn’t be so funny when it’s so true!
Trump was braying [his default mode of expression] today that yesterday was “a great day for Republicans” – apparently it’s true…a Republican won every Republican primary. But more specifically: it was a great day because every one he was rooting for won. Kudos, Donnie…you sure know how to pick 'em.
I saw a photo of him meeting with some crash air survivors. He was seated, which I thought was odd.
Don’t you think he looks tired?
He was just worn out from cheating at golf all weekend.
I don’t know about that. He looks like the best he can do these days is text in his score. And I wouldn’t be surprised if he clocked in at 320#. He looks like he’s gained 50-60# since the election.
I’m sorry if you’ve been happy to forget them, but does anyone actually have any idea what Javanka are up to these days? They both ostensibly still officially work for the White House, right?
Covering their asses, I would think.
I wonder if, out of everyone else in the administration, Jared is the only one who knows just how fucked they all are.
Jared’s efforts to bring peace to the Middle East are going about as well as expected.
He’s also been working on a prison reform bill. I haven’t really been following that story, but there was some news about it in the past couple of days. At a glance, the current version of the bill appears to have some bipartisan support. If he can get a bipartisan prison reform bill passed (and it actually, you know, reforms our prisons for the better), I’ll be among the first to applaud him. Someone can be a crook and still occasionally do some good.
But how can this be a bad thing?
(I can come up with the negative spin: we are not interested in actually paying the people who defend our freedom a living wage – or take care of their widows – so we will help the spouses get jobs, because having only one income in a family is so fifties. Wait, wait, let me try again …)
The fact that Trump appears poised to actually achieve some good in Korea annoys the hell out of me…but then I recall that Nixon went to China. And was still a crook, and still got thrown out on his ass.
Change comes from within.

The obvious spin is that the military is a volunteer army, rather than a draft army. The ostensible reason that people sign up for military duty is to serve and protect their country, and they are willing to go to battle and even die for that. The actual reason that most people sign up for the military is because it is the only way they will be able to afford college.
So, making it harder for the families of people who are not in the military to get a job encourages more people to “volunteer”.
Bravo!!
You misspelled “lectern”.
