I, for one, don’t really believe that Pompeo actually went to meet with Kim, and that the meeting was completely made up out of whole cloth.
Less than ten minutes after it was announced, Alan Dershowitz was on Fox saying what a master of negotiating Trump is. No joke.
And all the Trump supporters who had been bragging about him bringing peace, love and unification to the Koreas will suddenly forget that any of that happened and that they had said anything of the sort.

Last I checked on this topic, they were saying that this is just proof what an awesome negotiator he is not to fall for their tricks. They completely miss that he did, in fact, fall for their tricks and was completely played.
