The Trump Administration: A Clusterfuck in the Making

Liberty University is giving class credit to students who work on The Trump Prophecy, a movie about “a fireman who believes he heard the voice of God tell him, You’re hearing the voice of a president, while he was watching an interview with Trump.”

A fireman hero? The last time THAT happened was Fahrenheit 451.

Play La Marseillaise! Play it!

We’re probably not far from the moment when Trump threatens to withdraw support for NATO and winks and nods at Vladimir Putin to have his way with Europe.

This is what Putin saw in Trump. The ability to use financial leverage and komprat against Trump to undermine America from within, and also, the opportunity to exploit his mercurial and capricious temperament, turning America against the West. Domestically and internationally, Putin uses fissures to incite strife so that individual constituencies fight with each other to weaken the US and the West.

CNBC reporter Christina Wilkie is reporting about architect John Fotiadis, being investigated by Mueller over his work on Trump properties in Eastern Europe and Russia. She says that eight hours after she asked Fotiadis to comment on the investigation, he announced on Twitter that he was closing his company, then he shut down the company and its website, and deleted his Twitter account.

Sweet Jesus, Loser Donald wants to sign a peace treaty with DPRK and invite Kim to the White House;

I’m imagining the talks are going to go something like this;

Kim: “Alright, Mr. Trump, we have this treaty ready to states the war is over and you agree withdraw all US forces and nuclear arms from the region. In exchange, we think about dismantling our nuclear program in ten or twenty years.”

Trump: “Did Obama ever try to do this?”

Kim: “No he did not.”

Trump: “GIVE ME THAT PEN LITTLE ROCKET MAN!”

As imperfect as it has sometimes been, the diplomatic apparatus has established and maintained vital alliances and, more importantly, preserved stability for us and our partners. Now, decades of American foreign policy are about to be undone, not as the result of inevitable political trends and shifts that occur over time, but for nothing more than the sake of our narcissistic president’s ego.

Jesus Christ, did the Vladimir Putins of the world ever strike gold on election night 2016.

Or in this instance, synecdoucheche

Damn! :eek:

I keep remembering an episode of The West Wing. Communications Director Toby Ziegler has been caught using his WH status for personal reasons (noble, of course) and gets his hand slapped by President Bartlet, who asks: “Have you made any other decisions I should know about? Are we still in NATO?”

Ha. Ha.

Butt-hurt iDJiT does it again! Says no NBA champions will be invited to the White House after one Warrior and one Cavalier indicate that neither team is interested, anyway.

How long until the Capitals are disinvited?

A lot of them are (gasp) not American anyway. Why would Donald be expected to invite a foreign delegation of people who aren’t strongmen?

From now on, he’ll start inviting champions of Russia’s sports leagues instead.

It goes into the intro of the other article:
[ul]“I didn’t invite LeBron James and I didn’t invite Steph Curry. We’re not going to invite either team, but we have other teams that are coming,” Trump says.
[li]But the two All-Star players already said this week their teams would not visit the White House after NBA’s champion is crowned.[/li][li]“My attitude [is], if they want to be here, the greatest place on earth, I’ll be here. If they don’t want to be here, I don’t want them,” Trump said.[/ul][/li]
Something tells me that those “other teams” won’t be there, either.

I thought Disney was the greatest place on earth?

No, that’s the happiest place on earth.

The greatest place on earth is wherever his ego happens to be at any given time. :smiley:

Saw a story on a sorta far-left site saying that the Shitgibbon was planning on pardoning Cassius Clay. Who responded that he wanted nothing to do with that, and that there was nothing to pardon (his conviction was thrown out by scotus nearly half a century ago). Curious that CFSG would be wanting to pardon a black man, albeit a famous one, for draft evasion.

The article said that CFSG told reporters that he was looking at thousands of potential pardons. I mean, what the holy fuck. Someone needs to dangle some sparkly things in front of him, trigger that magpie instinct.

(sorry magpies, no offense meant)

AP Radio News literally just ran the same story.

Also reported by other media, but most of them don’t have Muhammad Ali issuing statements from the grave.

He’s undoubtedly following Sean Hannity’s advice and destroying evidence as we speak.

Those who continue to blindly believe Trump’s claims of innocence might consider that destroying evidence isn’t something innocent people do.
