Google CEO Sundar Pichai explains to congress why Trump’s face comes up when you search for idiot in google images. I just can’t see him not enjoying testifying.
Thank OG I wasn’t drinking coffee the moment I read that. That would have been a true Brown Rainbow.
Now, don’t go blaming Pitt-the-Younger. He was in the middle of his midterms at the time.
Whooaaa. I may have to take back some of the less-flattering things I’ve said about Ms. Pelosi in the years since “Impeachment is not on the table.” (Boy, that was a different world, wannit?) Yes, Ma’m!
The way he was listing to starboard made me think of what a president once said, c. 98 years ago,
I am not fit for this office and should never have been here.

Worth 2 clicks, even!
Cohen just got three years in prison and pledged continued cooperation in investigations.
And in this case starboard is AWAY from Trump. I don’t know much body language but it seems to me he’s distancing himself from his boss.
We’ve had unemployment at 50 year lows, the best wage growth in more than a decade, and interest rates still historically very low and inflation in check - and yet the S&P is essentially negative for the year.
If we enter recession territory, Trump is toast.
The indices are not indicative of how the economy is doing. They might tell us how well off rich people currently are, but the greater breadth of the country has minimal connection with the issues markets, other than hearing about it on the news. We will know the economy is going TU when bad shit starts to happen.
The Trump administration is now trying to deport refugees.
From the Viet Nam war.
What would be the attitude of the Vietnamese government towards South Vietnamese who fled because they sided with the USA?
I’m reminded of Little Donnie Fail-Fail’s clownishly-long ties.
He thinks long ties make people think he’s got an enormous schwanzstucker. He really does think that.

…schwanzstucker…
Leave it to the Germans to complicate “dick”.

“When the stock market booms, rich folks make lots more money. When it tanks, the rest of us lose our jobs.”
- Saw it somewhere on the net, dunno.

My next door neighbor is in this camp. He was a prisoner (apparently for politically motivated reasons) in Vietnam for a number of years before making it here. He’s lived a quiet life in the suburbs for about 4 decades, raised two kids, caused absolutely no problems, and been a productive contributor to the local economy until he retired. He spends a rather large amount of time caring for his grapefruit (and other citrus) trees in his backyard, visits the grandkids often, and is generally the sort of neighbor everybody should be lucky enough to have.
This is nearly the last person who should be deported.
Any asshat who even considers it should join the circus, because a lot of people would pay good money to see a human head fit so far up an ass.

It’s like Mom always used to say: “The company you keep doesn’t reflect on you in any way whatsoever.”
On the first day of Christmas Bob Mueller sent DJT a chaaaarge ooooof per-jur-eee

Leave it to the Germans to complicate “dick”.
Not the Germans, the writers of Young Frankenstein. Although part of it is supposed to be a German word for tail.
While I hate to support anything Trump does, I do want to point out that he only wants to deport Vietnamese refugees who have been convicted of crimes in this country. He is not (yet) talking about deporting those who are living here lawfully for decades. Now I need to go shower.
What’s he got against being convicted of crimes?? All his best friends are doing it.
Man, I need a like button.
