Though it should be pointed out that building a wall and keeping immigrants out are different things. The wall is a bridge to nowhere. It’s a big expensive thing that has nearly zero value. Stopping illegal immigrants means arresting business owners. Trump is, naturally, disinclined to do that. Anyone who expected him to will be just as surprised to discover that a philanderer choose to nominate justices to the Supreme Court who genuinely believe that Roe v Wade is settled law.
I assumed she meant he should threaten to resign, in the proud tradition of toddlers threatening to hold their breath until they turn blue. And then, of course, we should take him up on it.
