This is a variation on ‘carrot-and-stick’ diplomacy called ‘Stick-and-Stick™.’ The first stick was to thumb our noses at the Palestinians by moving the U.S. Embassy for Israel to the Muslim’s Holy City of Ursalim al-Quds.

Ironically, 30 years ago when Republicans pictured “asylum seekers” they had in mind Cubans on boats. As soon as they set foot on the shores of the Land of the Free, regardless of where they landed, they were welcomed with open arms.
