The Trump Administration: A Clusterfuck in the Making

Wow. He sounds just like Trump.

Here it is in Italian.

Trump was complaining about the 9th circuit court ruling against his sanctuary city plan. The judge is a federal judge for Northern California, not a 9th circuit judge.

A man accustomed to wealth and its trappings, Trump has embraced life in the Executive Mansion, often regaling guests with trivia about the historic decor. With the push of a red button placed on the Resolute Desk that presidents have used for decades, a White House butler soon arrived with a Coke for the president.

Hey, what do you know. The tax reform plan includes lowering taxes and eliminating the estate tax. Whoda thunk it? And they reduced the number of tax brackets, as if that matters to anybody.

Well this is different. Unarmed intercontinental ballistic missile was launched just after midnight Wednesday from Vandenberg Air Force Base.

Huh - might want to mention that in the “are we really going to war thread.”

Goes along rather neatly with the nuclear test (dummy) that we did a few weeks ago.

Almost like we were preparing for something.

Done! Thanks Sunny Daze.

The Minuteman III test launch out of Vandenberg AFB is part of a normal series of test launches that have been going on for decades as I note in [POST=20165016]this thread[/POST]. The last launch that was done was in February and the next one is probably late June or July. It is not a response to the North Korean launch, nor would it be possible to transport a missile from one of the operational wings to VAFB and get it set up for a test launch that quickly.

The test earlier this month out at Tonopah Test Range was a first in the series of B61-12 Life Extension Program tests indented to test improvements and aging surveillance of the B61 nuclear bomb family. It was in planning for at least two years prior to the test and had nothing to do with North Korea or Syria.

Please do some basic research before pointing to these routine, long planned tests by ongoing T&E programs as evidence that the US is preparing for or attempting to provoke war.

Thank you very much for the clarification. That’s a relief.

To be fair to the other posters, the Trump administration is much like an overflowing toilet. There’s just so much awful per second that it’s very difficult to keep up with all of it. That and I think we’re all being conditioned to assume the worst interpretation of any news coming out of the government these days.

Still, it doesn’t help to draw the wrong conclusions, and it was very comforting to see you comment on those launches. If I ever see you post about how the big boom may really be coming, I’ll know that’s when it’s time to panic.

You think the timeline is important now, do you?

What you don’t know is that we will have time travel in the next few years, and that Trump will went to 2008 to begin preparations for the war with the rest of the world.

That’s also why he was messing with us with all the tweets that now seem almost prophetic, and we thought he was talking about Obama at the time.

Oh, I’m not saying you shouldn’t panic; that was Douglas Adams’ job. Just that these tests aren’t an indication of deliberate provocation. However, when the White House spokesperson announced that a phantom armada is steaming toward the Korean Peninsula and the President’s most coherent statement to date about the purpose of the nuclear triad is “…the power, the devastation, is very important to me,” I think we’re definitely in impending panic mode despite Spicer’s lighthearted attempts at humor and satire.

Oh, wait, he isn’t joking? This isn’t a prelude to his HBO Comedy Special? Oh, we are so fucked.

“will went” Love that.

As we approach day 100 of this clusterfuck, the White House is desperately trying to create the impression that they are accomplishing things:

  1. They released a hilariously skimpy one page tax “plan” that would help the rich get richer and blow up the federal deficit. Of course, no details were provided to explain how we would pay for the tax cuts.

  2. They bussed the entire Senate to the White House for a North Korea briefing. As expected, it was a waste of time for everyone involved.

Today I have learned that LBJ had a “Fresca button”. This is a wonderful thing to know.

Can Shit For Brains really Break Up the 9th Circuit Court? If so, what happens next?

I was afraid that you’d say something like that.

Everything Trump does is for “optics.” It’s the one consistent thing about him.

You’d think he’d be better at it, then. He can’t do simple things like host an Easter egg roll or award a Purple Heart without looking stupid.

When he finds out he cannot break up the court, no doubt he will then threaten to cut off their funding. No idea what he will do when he finds out he cannot cut their money either.

Maybe he can ask Putin for suggestions.
