I’m sure that it’s a lovely time for a Congressional subpoena and a speedy Supreme Court battle over the issue.
Question: When the congress opens up an official impeachment investigation, are there still going to be court battles over how the party under investigation should be allowed to withhold and hide evidence, and prevent witnesses from testifying?
