“Officials with the Department of Homeland Security told reporters Wednesday that the White House is planning to soon start collecting DNA samples from those in federal immigration custody, a move that could affect hundreds of thousands of migrants each year. The Department of Justice is currently developing the rule, which will be a “DHS-wide effort” that affects migrants in the custody of both Customs and Border Protection and Immigrations and Customs Enforcement.”
What a waste of money and science. Much easier to just tattoo some ID number on their forearm. This is what it is, isn’t it ?
Vee vill no longer need to see any papers!
Just hire “Bubba” for a few cartons of cigarettes, swear him in as a Secret Service agent, and put him in the same cell. He’ll protect Donnie Two-scoops real good.
Today on the White House lawn, Trump said that “**China **should start an investigation into the Bidens.” What China has to do with this is unclear, but this sounds like he’s committing the same crime in public that he got caught committing on the Ukraine phone call.
I think he just shot someone on Fifth Ave.
And STILL the fuckers defend him.
Facebook has announced that they’re changing their rules for advertising to allow politicians to lie on their ads, after they refused to vet Individual 1 ads after they were rated false information.
Facebook says Trump can lie in his Facebook ads?
Why don’t Democrats get together and buy ads on Facebook that say “Donald Trump molests children” or similar?
What about a go-fund-me to raise money for ads critical of the President using bold-faced lies?
And now he’s going on a shooting spree to make everyone think shooting people is normal and perfectly fine.
Not going to need to lie to run critical adds.
Sure, but why not? Doesn’t seem to be any downside.
Let’s not give him ideas.
Does anyone else get a feeling that Russian intelligence may be deliberately feeding Giuliani and Barr with conspiracy theory stuff?
Giuliani <> Manafort/Ukrainian sources <> Russia
Barr <> Mifsud <> Russia
WSJ:
Nah, Trump would never ever fall for a conspiracy theory. Not ever.
(I posted this in Elections, and I submit that it also belongs here.)
If anyone’s interested, George T. Conway III has a 30-page op-ed on The Atlantic’s website; minor paywall implications (4 free articles/month, tracked via cookies):
*Donald Trump’s narcissism makes it impossible for him to carry out the duties of the presidency in the way the Constitution requires.
*
30 pages is not an op-ed. It’s the synopsis for a novel.
Nevertheless, it’s an excellent (and chilling) read.
Hopefully his wife will read it and take it to heart.
