Well, we know how classy his casinos were.
I’m just surprised that he doesn’t want Rococo.
Great post. Especially ANTIFA. Love it!
So April will be the perfect time for Trump to make a state visit to virus-epicenter Wuhan, China…right?
The weather should be delightful. And best of all, Trump can prove to the world that he’s never wrong!
Why not Federal? At least that’s a Native American architectural style.
If I was president, I’d make all future buildings Antoni Gaudi.
Considering the nature of the current regime, I think Neo-brutalist might be just the thing.
Roger Stone sentenced to up to nine years.
That’s what prosecution is recommending. Sentencing is 2/20, followed by pardoning 2/21.
from the NEH:
(February 10, 2020) WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today the Trump administration released its comprehensive budget for the Federal government for FY 2021. The White House has requested that Congress appropriate $33.4 million to the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) for the orderly closure of the agency. This amount includes funds to meet grants and matching offers awarded prior to October 1, 2020, as well as funds to cover administrative expenses.
Anyone ready to weep for humanity?
Well, who needs “books, films, and museum exhibits, and … significant cultural resources”?
Once you’ve read The Art of the Deal you’ll realize no other books matter . . . OK maybe the one about those two guys from Corinth.
CMC fnord!
I think they should have slow-walked Roger Stone’s trial and sentencing, and ditto for other Trump criminals, delaying things until after January when Trump is hopefully no longer around. This, hoping it’s less likely that Trump pardons them between now and then.
He’s already convicted so he can now be pardoned if Herr Trump so decrees. Delaying the trials would both pose legal problems (see the right to a swift trial) and would run the risk of it getting harder to achieve anything if Trump wins again.
Nah, we don’t need Shakespeare any more.
Although it would’ve been nice to be President during Shakespeare’s time — you say “off with his head,” and bingo! the head comes off.
I suspect crowmanyclouds is referring to Trump’s misquoting of the second letter to the Corinthians, not The Two Gentlemen of Verona or A Comedy of Errors (where the two pairs of twins are from Syracuse and Ephesus)
Pretty well done, but do eight-and-a-half minute videos GO viral?
Trump now says that he will pay for The Wall with “redemption money”:
I’m sure a pardon is already scheduled for November 4, 2020.
The Messiah brings Redemption! Hallelujah and Jubilee! All praise The Messiah!
♫ A-mer-i-ca over all
Over all in the world! ♫
Oh, he wants it, he just has no idea what it’s called.
