I am trying to be cautious here, but if Trump ends, this is how. The press conferences were his way of staying in the news, which is his strategy for practically everything. He sucks the oxygen out of the room, away from his adversaries.
He will find other ways to do this, of course. He’ll probably double down on nasty, nasty partisan politics. Here come the immigration bans, and not just for 60 days.
