So lemme get this straight: the Vice-President of the US, who heads the Coronavirus Task Force, didn’t notice that wherever he went, everyone had a mask on, including his own staff? And never thought to ask why absolutely everyone he could see and everyone he interacted with had a mask on but he did not? This guy is in charge of something? Of something important? Why?
It’s possible (because at heart the clinic is a bureaucracy like any other) that they deleted the tweet because they discovered that they had, in fact, forgotten to inform the VP of the policy.
I’m not saying it is likely, but also not that far out on the range of possible explanations.
