Nice.
This tracks with the known behavior of Trump and his asskissing squad.
How many times did he/his squad accuse someone else of doing that they themselves have done?
This is the best evidence so far that tapes may, in fact, exist and may, in fact, be hilarious to listen to.
Yes, but what the public wants to know is … is Trump going to Mar-a-Lago this weekend?!?
(PS it’s supposed to be unseasonably chilly in NJ, so he’s probably not going to Bedminster)
eschereal the seriously twisted:
No. “Certified letter” does not mean that. Ever. Different terminology is used for what you mean. Like “sworn deposition”. A “certified letter” is guaranteed for delivery by the carrier, with no relevance to content. If the administration means something other than that, they need to find and use the appropriate word things.
But using the wrong words to describe their lies is the defining quality of playing 4 dimensional chess.
Using words to mean what they actually mean is the purview of the libtard. A true genius Humpty Dumptys the hell out of this shit.
I’m firing Comey based on the recommendation of the Deputy Attorney General, so I can clearly not choose the wine in front of me.
But I actually fired him to put an end to the Russia investigation, so I can clearly not choose the wine in front of you.
Comey had better hope there are no “tapes” of our conversations, so I can clearly not choose the wine in front of me.
But as FBI director he would have known there are no tapes, he would have counted on it, so I can clearly not choose the wine in front of you.
They both say there was a dinner. Trump says Comey pled for his job, Comey said Trump demanded he give him loyalty.
“Conversations with (sick) Comey recorded on a Zune. Unfortunately, the failing Microsoft cancelled the Zune can’t share them with anyone, especially not the fake media or so-called Congress. Sad!”
Stranger
Perhaps he misunderstood “certifiable”?
Which is different than business ties.
USA Today
So, yes, it’s true that Trump has failed to land a business venture inside Russia. But the real truth is that, as major banks in America stopped lending him money following his many bankruptcies, the Trump organization was forced to seek financing from non-traditional institutions. Several had direct ties to Russian financial interests in ways that have raised eyebrows. What’s more, several of Trump’s senior advisors have business ties to Russia or its satellite politicians.
Time
“Russians make up a pretty disproportionate cross-section of a lot of our assets,” Trump’s son, Donald Jr., told a real estate conference in 2008, according to an account posted on the website of eTurboNews, a trade publication. “We see a lot of money pouring in from Russia.”
Washington Post
I loved how he interrupted Lester Holt to hammer home the point that the letter was Certified. Maybe if he used steam powered delivery tubes it would get there faster.
Sure. I’ll write you a check.

If Trump owns a business that is based in the US and generates revenue from its operations in Russia, would that show up in Trump’s own personal tax forms as income from Russia?
I believe that there was a dinner, and that Trump wrapped a couple coils around a puppy, squeeze the life out of it, and swallowed it whole.
I don’t claim credit for the following line:
It’s impressive that he has managed to back himself into a corner when his office is an oval.
Read somewhere: “Jeffrey Dahmer never killed anyone, with a very few exceptions.”
He doesn’t understand that reference either:
Euphonious_Polemic:
Trumps comments about the secret tapes was not “a threat”, it was “a fact”. So Spicy has just basically confirmed that Trump made secret recordings of himself and the Director of the FBI.
Until Trump goes on … let’s say 60 Minutes … and completely contradicts everything Spicey just said. It’s not like that hasn’t happened in the last 24 hours or anything.

I almost did a spit take at the bolded part.
My only wish for this fiasco is that the impeachment proceedings begin in July or August so I can run down to South Carolina and get some good peaches to make a celebratory impeachment pie.

If you send someone a *certified *letter about that event, then it HAS TO BE TRUE!
That’s how I knew my car lease was paid off!
