The figure you quote is from the sale of 25 condos by one realtor, specifically by Lana Bell of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty in Sunny Isles, in 2013. It is not a figure for overall sales of condos in any one city, let alone in all of South Florida. Your second link is quite clear on where the statistic is drawn from.
