The Trump Administration: A Clusterfuck in the Making

Everything I’m hearing/reading/seeing suggests he is a very good pick.

And he was named by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who, if anyone deserves a free kick to Trump, Right Square In The Nutz.

You remember Milwaukee County Sheriff David A. Clarke Jr. ? Yeah, that asshole. Well he just accepted a Department of Homeland Security job.

Prick.

How much of a tantrum do y’all think Twitler is having now?

… and when he finds nothing (ok, it is probable he is going to charge Flynn or Manifort with something, after all, he has to show some results) very damaging, will he be condemned as Republican scum or Putin’s stooge?

I find that very likely.

Nobody cares what you think, Shitstain.

And that fascist piece of shit has ties to Russia TOO.

He has enough integrity that I would stand by his findings.

What’re the odds that Mueller’s already received and declined an invitation to have dinner with POTUS?

Unsuprising. He ran his own Gulag in Milwaukee, probably appealed to Trump’s slavic sensibilities.

Eat shit, you partisan stooge.

But, that would be cannibalism.

OK, so (so far) the system does work, after all.

At this point, appointing a special counsel makes eminent sense (to me at least). I’m well aware of the ludicrous fishing expedition that the Whitewater enquiry turned into, but one hopes that such can be avoided in this case.

You truly are pathetic. Please, think for just a minute and try real hard to stop being such a fool.

Trumps buddy Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s security guards, pummel protesters.

Batter up!

Wow Kobal2! “Woman Shackled While Giving Birth at Milwaukee Jail”. Nice.

My bad

Da fuq?!

When Coultergeist hesitates (warning: Daily Caller link),

you know this administration is in trouble. Note, though, that she is unhappy that the wall is not under construction and that the budget was not adequately shafty.

But still, if she looks like she might be thinking about making backing-away moves, he is in serious trouble.

As much as I want to believe that this is Trump’s Waterloo, I’d be careful about predicting his demise. I remember around the time of the 'grab ‘em by the pussy’ scandal making the remarks that, at that time, Trump was like a wounded lion: he might seem vulnerable but he’s going to lash out like hell, which is what he did.

Right now, he’s a wounded lion. He’s going to fight to the bitter end. And while some wuss Republicans kinda, sorta mumble about investigating Trump, the fact still remains: a lot of republicans have reason to fear getting flattened by the Trump train. He’s like human MRSA. He somehow finds a way to survive no matter what gets thrown at him.

Moreover, some of the more radical Republicans will see him as their William Wallace. The Christian radicals knew what they were getting when they threw their support behind Trump. They knew then and know now that Trump isn’t really a Christian and he lives his life about as diametrically opposed to Christian virtue as a person could be. But he’s nevertheless a good match: he’s someone who needs adulation and praise, and he’ll do just about any damn thing to get it. And they’re offering him that support, if only he’ll just agree to whatever Puritanical agenda they propose to him. “Just sign it, Big Donald, and we’re good. We’ll give you all the love you need.” That’s the same reason he keeps the company of white nationalists and other fringe groups. Among well-adjusted people, the fringes of society aren’t welcome. But to someone as mal-adjusted as The Donald, it’s a match made in heaven (or hell). They will embrace each other to the better end.

The longer this continues, the more dirt that comes out, the higher the stakes. And from the perspective of the extremists and the Donald, the more imperative it is to maintain the power that they’ve gained. I don’t think they’re just going to accept investigations and impeachment. I think they’re going to surprise us by just how far they’re willing to go to defend what they see as their rightful place at the apex of power.
