I finally saw a clip of the bow/curtsey/dance/thing Trump did. I get that Trump is quite a bit taller than the king and needed to bend down a little. But his little genuflect and bob was just weird. I don’t make much out of it other than that Trump doesn’t know how to human. But, given his – and the rest of the right wing hate machine’s – criticism of Obama for bowing, Trump deserves at least three or four news cycles’ worth of this playing on constant loop.

Caught parts of Jake Tapper’s show on CNN. Couple of idiot GOP Congresscritters saying it’s a good thing Trump won’t use the phrase “Radical Islamic Terrorism” in today’s speech so we don’t alienate current and potential allies.

Actually, yesterday I left my computer and kindle and watched several episodes of “House Hunters International” to get some relief. Of course, that generates a new kind of outrage (“If you wanted your dishwasher and four-burner range, you should have stayed in the G.D. USA and not moved to Thailand! And yeah, if you want a freakin’ doorman, it’s going to cost you!”)
Oddly enough, Trump seems to be giving a grown up persuasive speech to the leaders of the Muslim world. Maybe he’s just been preaching to the wrong choir all this time.

Lefties don’t care about things like Trump bowing or Melania not wearing a head scarf.
But because the righties scolded the Obamas about similar stuff, the lefties show fake outrage to lure your kind to defend Trump. And you poor sap take hook, line & sinker. They make you come up with tons of stupid excuses and finally when you say you’re just trolling, you have in fact admitted that
- you don’t actually have any defence for what Trump did
and/or - the Obamas did nothing wrong.
That is, you lost and told you’re a hypocrite.
You’re not trolling lefties, the lefties are trolling you, and you are too stupid to realise that.
A while back, I saw a clip of a boxing match. It was a clear mismatch, and you could see that the better fighter was waiting for the other guy’s corner to throw in the towel, or maybe hoping the ref would stop the fight already. The better boxer kind of stalled for time while his opponent seemed dazed and listless. Finally, with a mix of exhaustion and disgust, the better boxer delivered a final few blows, and the towel mercifully came flying into the ring. The winner screamed abuse at the loser’s corner and embraced his still-dazed opponent, as if to say, “I hated beating you so badly. You didn’t deserve this. I’m sorry.”
Yeah, pretty much nothing Russia does in the near future will hurt them. It’s especially hilarious (or would be if it were fiction) how they were “willing” to reveal the entirety of the transcript of the White House meeting, ostensibly to “prove” the small import of whatever was revealed. However, even if the transcript completely clears 45 and Russia, all the reveal would do would be to cement in peoples minds “45 had a special meeting with Russia in the White House!”.
