I got the little one’s name wrong. It’s Henery Hawk. But, at least I didn’t call Abe the president of Japan or Xi the president of the Republic of China.
Probably. He has always been a petty little bitch.
It wasn’t going to have his name on it.
The really amazing thing to me is that, despite everything, Trump hit 40% approval again today. Apparently 40% of this country is batshit insane–who knew it was that many?
TBH, Evil Economist, I’ve had my suspicions about that for a while just from reading the comments sections…
I use 538, which adjusts several polls for bias before doing some sort of averaging. They have him at +39.2%/-55% right now.
Really, though, the BSFI index is probably about 4/10[sup]ths[/sup] of that percentage. A lot more of the positives are like “Yeah, I guess. Whatevar, I got a lot of stuff to —— squirrel!”
I think Trump was right. He can do ANYthing, even shoot someone, and get away with it.
Even collusion with an enemy state and committing treason to usurp an election are “do-able” for him. And his nation of fan-boys are just fine with it.
I think it’s fucking disgusting.
I’m just starting to watch the first season of “Man in the High Tower”, based on the novel by Phillip K. Dick. It’s a dystopian novel that posits that Germany took over Britain, and then got the atomic bomb first, Nuked Washington DC and won the war.
I am having no problem whatsoever believing that a significant group of Americans would have loved to don a brown uniform, beat protesters and have a strong leader to salute.
I know and love the show, but this feels more like a proletariat/bourgeoisie scenario.
Make Ameri☭a Great Again, indeed.
Just a different uniform. Same beatings, same strong leader to salute.
small correction–it’s “The Man in the High Castle”
great show!
D’oh! Thanks for that. Don’t know what I was thinking. I was actually on the set last week too.
High Tower / Trump Tower… easy mistake.
Sean Hannity gets on his knees (yet again) when interviewing Shit For Brains Junior.
Joey (“light my fire”) Goebbels must be proud.
Wow, what a clusterfuck. From the article:
Cheeto wants spend billions on a pointless monument to himself on our southern border, but is too feckless to properly house the F.B.I… And it’s going to cost a fortune not to build a new HQ:
The bidding process has been going on for years, but Chump has ethical problems there, just like with everything else:
Two the four bidders on the project have significant business ties to Trump and son-in-law Kushner, Vornado and Larry Silverstein.
All of these types of conflicts were easily anticipated, but the idiot American public decided it would be a great idea to elect an unvetted and financially compromised monkey to be prez. Well done us.
…the American taxpayer dollars at work. (Apologies if already posted.)

A televised debate! What better way to settle the science!
If only there was a public place that scientists could publish their data. Maybe a journal, one that their peers could access to review their findings.
Gotta make sure [del]God[/del] the Bible is represented.
Now you’re just being silly.
But… wouldn’t that be targetted to people who read? That’s elitist bullshit!
If Bill Nye is willing to do it, it might actually be helpful.
