Trump is big on the Hire American rhetoric. Apparently prior to hiring foreign workers at Mar a Lago he made every effort to hire Americans. He went so far as to post a tiny classified ad in the Palm Beach Post asking people to “apply by fax” before resorting to hiring foreigners. To use the visas that he used for these workers, one has to show that they tried to hire Americans, and apparently this counts.
This occurred during “Made in America” week for extra irony.
Anybody got an old FAX machine? Or I think you can still do it online.:D. Not that phone number is hooked up to anything. Wonder if we can find out?

I’ve felt like a lone voice speaking against a Trump impeachment or forced resignation.
Right now, Trump’s incompetence is the only thing protecting us from the most vile anti-humanity right-wing government in American history. Like it or not, we need him now. :eek: Ideally we want him sitting in the Oval Office hamstrung by Mueller, babbling and tweeting like a head-cut chicken, *but still occupying the Oval *at least until after the 2018 elections.
Make no mistake, Trump’s agenda is a lot more dangerous than Pence’s. Trump has spent the last 30+ yrs attempting to make his fortune in the business world and blaming regulations for his difficulties and especially for his failures. He’s a genius businessman (just ask him) and the fact that he’s not the richest man in the world is a clear indication to him that economic regulations, both local and global are to blame.
Pence’s Moral Majority/Religious conservative agenda may have dire consequences for individual civll liberties, but Trump’s pro business (pro Trump business) jingoist/AMERICA! agenda will have dire consequences to the entire country. As Ravenman has pointed out in theBernie Sanders thread, his policies have the potential for creating an economic nightmare, and he is potentially gearing up for a big war, possibly with NK or ISIL or both. I’ll take the uptight politician over the megalomaniac everyday!

My internet connection is so bad I can’t really check (working on it). But the mailing address of Mar-a-Largo should be easy enough to find online.
And, or figure out what county it’s in and look at the Assessors web site. Probably doesn’t really matter though. Guessing that the address is good and they have a special circular file for such applications.
The important thing is that we can’t be complacent and let Trump’s idiocy wear those that can think be worn down. Oddly he has a good defense. There is nothing TO wear down. Just another day in the life of a dull bully.
