ETA: In September it was claimed Trump weighs 236 pounds. That is absolutely a falsehood. A man his height (he’s upwards of six-three) who’s that pudgy is 260, 270 at the absolute minimum. If I was the guy at the carnival who had to guess his weight I’d probably go with 285 or so. When I weighed 236 pounds I looked like Kate Middleton next to that lardass, and I’m two inches shorter. So his doctors seem happy to lie.
The doctor in this case is an admiral who was appointed by Obama.
ETA: I have seen it reported in various places that Trump lies about his height so that his BMI will be in the overweight range instead of the obese range. I have also seen photos of him side by side with Obama in which he appears to be the same height of slightly shorter than Obama.
And he’s the doc who examined Obama. So if thump does indeed get an excellent/stellar/perfect health report, one is forced to conclude that thump’s people are holding the admiral’s cat* hostage somewhere.

In this case, the physician who conducted the physical last week wasn’t Trump’s wacky personal doctor, but Rear Admiral Ronny Jackson, who holds the office of Physician to the President, and was appointed to the office by Obama.
However, the initial press release from the White House about the physical, last week, included a quote, allegedly from Jackson, stating that it “went exceptionally well,” but then misspelled Jackson’s name (lending credence to those convinced that there could be some shenanigans involved in this physical).
