Riiight. Is it your thesis that if Trump is a sexist asshole it means we must give Democrats a pass, due to the fact if we chide them for sexism it makes Trump look less bad, sexism being a zero sum game and all that?

Speaking professionally as an outsider, does Queens really need so many sub-burroughs? Speaking as a Chicagoan who knows our various subdivisions, which have become informal and not mentioned in addresses, I’m sick of assuming that a 61 zip is probably some manner of Queens and hoping for the best.

The foreign steel was already acquired. No point in throwing away good foreign steel that’s already there.* Going forward*, pipeline steel can be U.S.-sourced, but for now, using existing steel is the right thing to do. Had Trump discarded perfectly good foreign steel just for the sake of “Buy American”, he’d be criticized as wasteful. This decision was the right call.
