The Hosprisonites like to claim the newbies for whatever it is they want to use them for. They’re Claimers. Not really suitable for civilization. Of course, letting the guards do what they want with newcomers isn’t unlike letting Surgeon do want he wants to his wife.
Why would The Talking Dead do that if it weren’t clear in the episode itself? I assumed the scene was shot that way to keep us guessing. Well, this is the Walking Dead after all. :smack:
I think all of the assholes at the hospital were dead…
I just rewatched the last scene, they are the two guys who went after Morgan, or at least it’s the same long haired one. He says to the poncho guy “They’ll hear you, it will take longer to reset it. Just be still.” Slits throat, then “Welcome home.” The guy talking seemed to be talking to the red poncho guy.
His hands were tied behind his back, something I didn’t see before.
If I’d got out of that hospital alive, there’s no way in hell you’d have got me back in there. I don’t care if they have a brain surgeon who can cure cancer. And I distinctly think that even if the doctor wanted to GO, they’d have had a bit of a conflict with the former police officers running their own private little slave state.
I suspect Poncho Guy was there simply to show us what evil ruthless scum the Wolves are. And I do wonder if there’s more than just two of these guys.
I wonder in the larger scheme of things-- if Alexandria were to survive and get their shit together, would they decide if it was worth it to take the trip to the hospital to check its status.
They could reasonably make an offer to take them in.
They could also wind up polishing someone’s shoes while wearing standard issue hospital scrubs.
The more I think about Alexandria, though, the more I wonder: do they have an economy? Did Tweedledumb and Tweedledumber sneak out and raid for groceries and liquor once a week and then just give them all away to these suburban families? We heard briefly about how they were assigned “jobs,” but aside from gate sentinel, we don’t seem to SEE much of these so called jobs…
And even if someone WAS bringing me free groceries every week… not to mention liquor… I do wonder how many people these idiots got killed between then and now…
Eh, I figure that when walkers are deprived of external stimulus and can’t sense a live human of animal they just kind of dormant.
I haven’t read this far in the comics and I thought it was pretty obvious the doctor’s wife beating was an open secret among the Alexandrians.
I also thought Morgan was leaving them to be devoured by walkers. And that it was a bit homoerotic the way the landed on to of each other with their lips.
sadly red poncho guy was not backstrom as i had hoped.
a good set up for next season.
will glenn and nicholas get back to the compound?
when will the wolves attack?
what will morgan do?
how will they fix jesse’s house?
will they finally get people to watch the gates/fence 24/7?
i’m hoping at some point they tie nicholas and gabriel together and send them out of the compound.
Also are we sure it was just that one zombie Rick found that snuck in, or where there others. They should to do a very through search of the community at first light.
Thanks for the that. I had no idea what any of that meant and assumed I hadn’t heard it correctly, but, no it still doesn’t make any sense.
Sure, that makes sense.
Won’t happen.
It wasn’t just the one, he took out like four or five.
His Vestments are Protected by the Word of God.
Wolves are known to pose a danger to those wearing red hoods.
That is an incubus, Syko.
He only brought one to the meeting but didn’t he dispatch three or four?
Yeah, you leave the door open a few minutes and a squad of zombies stroll in. This has never happened before. Two plus years and it’s been totally safe. Rick’s group is really bad luck. Don’t let Rick’s group join you! You will suddenly need them, and it still won’t end well.
You know, I don’t mind the craziness of Daryl on the motorcycle. Sure, it makes no sense to take the noisiest vehicle imaginable out on a stealth hunt. They have electricity, so there are surely Priuses around and charging stations. But I don’t mind that much. Daryl belongs on a bike.
What I do mind, is:
Glen sees evil guy scramble over the fence. What is the best plan? Go after him alone. :smack::smack::smack:
Rick sees that the gate was left open. Who knows what or how many Walkers or others have gotten inside. What’s the best plan? Go after them alone. :smack::smack::smack:
Also, once again we see Glen beset by Walkers, and then a miracle happens, and in the next scene he’s out and about again.
I wish the writers would allow Sacha and Gabriel to form a suicide pact, and execute it flawlessly.
Zombie Jerky. The ultimately replenishing survival food.
Worked didn’t it? Didn’t it??
