Judith was seen yesterday at the beginning of the show, sitting on the grass. Michonne was telling her to ‘be a good girl’ or some such. Judith was also seen at the end of the show, Darryl was holding her. Down in the …sewer?
I didn’t like it. Just pissed me off, really. Is the next half-season going to be ANOTHER build-up to a big battle that does nothing?
Did they say when this series is supposed to end?
The second half really needs to bring it. Peeps are getting annoyed, I think. Of course, since I have no other life, I will watch til it ends. And I do believe my son told me Riggs was going to college. He reads the forums on it.
So what was the deal with the garbage goths.
Rick gets them to go to Negans. They start getting shot at and Rick leaves in the school bus, stranding them there.

I seem to recall that Chandler Riggs has been accepted to Auburn University.
They ran off before that. When they saw the situation they noped the fuck out. So that whole side plot was 100% pointless.
I was wondering why Simon & The Saviours didn’t follow them back to Hilltop. In the show it’s like Simon thinks, ‘OK, Maggie has been subdued and we’ve killed one of her people. We can trust her to get her people back to work.’ But there’s no rational reason for him to think that.
Coral may be dying, but I suspect he will play a big role in the killing/capture of Negan.
Negan likes Coral, and seems to drop his guard/persona when interfacing with him. That’s a weakness that even a comic book writer could exploit.
Overall, I enjoyed this episode. The characters played to type. Both sides are making mistakes. And it wouldn’t have been that difficult for the Saviors to clear the their compound of walkers. It would only take time and effort. Now it’s just a matter of which side will make the fewest mistakes, or the last mistake.
Maybe the Savior lieutenants are overly used to intimidating people, and expecting compliance from their cowed victims? Farm girl Maggie, daughter of Hershel, wife of Glen, polo-playing walker-whacker (her intro to the series), and a natural born leader is not their usual victim. Plus, the Savior’s numbers have recently been (greatly?) reduced, and Simon’s Saviors might be needed elsewhere. Or not?
Later, they showed Enid and Aaron pulling up near a field, one of them driving a wine/booze truck, and getting out and looking presumably toward Oceanside. There was still daylight. It was like they were waiting for nightfall, or for the next day, for unknown reasons.
They were settling down for the night to show up during the day.
Don’t put it past the writers to have them show up at the last minute to “save the day” in some future confrontation.
Yes, yes, yes, and yes!
According to CNN, Chandler Riggs didn’t ask to leave, his death was written to further the story. Although he has been accepted to college.

You know it’s funny, a bunch of you guys consistently talk about how stupid these people are when you intentionally waste time watching, and ruminating about, a show that you clearly don’t like - just so you can run to a message board and bitch about the stupidity of the show you have just voluntarily subjected yourself to. And some of you have been doing this for the whole fucking run of it.
Lemme ask you a question, if you’re so fucking good at this why aren’t you making a bazillion dollars doing the writing instead of collecting pixel-points for being the hindsight smart guy?
As to their stupidity has anyone ever considered the ubiquity and degree of PTSD that would be manifest after how many years and how much atrocity? As far as I know, PTSD is not known for bringing forth rationality and crystal clear thinking.
Fucks sakes, most of you seem to think that all of these people ought to be Napoleon, or Alexander or Rommel or something.
It’s a fucking TV show. Sit back, watch it and enjoy it or do something else.
Jesus wept.
Alrighty then! That’s what I do. Just saying.
I can see being annoyed that Glen was killed, but Carl? Meh.
I’m pretty sure nobody was annoyed by that, actually the one good part of the episode.
I thought it was smashing.
