Like you see the Kosovo crisis have coused more problem than they solved. Now NATO has to have an army on standby for years to come. They have to proteckt the Serbs from the Albanians, the Albanians from the Serbs, the public from the croocs, the police from the mobs, and finnally a region from Serbia…

The gain my friend, is when the the powder keg is put out. When the open conflict is stoped from spreading to other countries all over Balkans and eventually all over Europe. Yes I know it is a bit far fetched, but it is nice sometimes to play it safe

Following is an excerpt from the news item which introduced the term ‘ethnic cleansing’ to the US media (I hope I am not breaching the copyright rules :))–
“The nationalists have a two-point platform, first to establish what they call an ethnically clean Albanian republic and then the merger with Albania to form a greater Albania,” said Becir Hoti, a Kosovo Communist Party official and an ethnic Albanian. (reported in New York Times, 12 July 1982)
If the Serbs did, in fact, coin the term themselves, it was to describe what they were suffering.
