That was the strongest and most intense storm (well, actually, it’s still going on) I’ve seen for awhile here.

I’m getting off here. It’s all whipping up again and it’s really bad. I think a transformer just blew behind my building.
There was a pretty decent hailstorm by me.
Man, I miss the monsoons. That and the Mexican food is about all I miss from AZ.

That must be what happened as I was posting this, as it’s right behind my apartment.
Some sites are saying winds reached up to 75 to 85 MPH. I don’t think I’ve ever seen or heard of the wind blowing that hard here in Phoenix.
Yeah they can. There were some really fierce bolts of lightning that I was watching outside my bedroom window. I’m always a fan of that, but a few were big enough to make me step back from the window out of fear, a little.
