The Whopperito is coming soon to a Burger King near you.

How about…

Actually the original hot dog isn’t bad, the chili one and the Whopper one suck.

The mac and cheese things also suck.

I’m sure going to have to try the Whopperito though.

Snack wraps are for yoga moms. 'ritos are for serious eaters. Duh

I suspect you have hit upon the absolute truth here. After dozens of consumer panels and focus groups, the marketers for BK determined that the public’s opinion of the McD Snack Wraps was that they’re just a snack, but the Whopperito is fresh, new and exciting, and evokes images of big fat beer can-sized “mission” burritos that take two hands to eat and will fill you up far better than any wimpy little snack.

I want one.

That is all.

What they need to do is take the Whopper, press it out flat with a rolling pin, then roll that up like a pirouline. My sources say this is excellent.

You are totally on to something there. And the bread would soak up all the sauces so they wouldn’t drip on my lap in the car.

Finally tried one. It’s far better than it deserves to be. I dislike Burger King’s burgers, but I like these things, go figure. I’ve already been to Burger King more in the past five days then I have in the last year.

Bumped to say I tried one…
They’re pretty suck.
They taste like watered down cheese whiz & cheap steak sauce, and while I don’t go to BK to get health food, they’re super greasy.
Ick.

Cheese Whiz, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! :o

I tried one awhile back and it was terrible. I was expecting a Whopper inside a burrito tortilla. Instead they added some horrible sauce (I’m not even sure what I would liken it to, really bad “Mexican” sauce?) and it was pretty bad.

Don’t get me wrong, I like cheese whiz…
this was… cheese whiz gone wrong.

Cheez Whuz?

Cheez Whisn’t.

See, it’s the sauce that made it for me. Like generic 80s style “taco sauce.” Five of the Whopperitos I’ve had have been great, and two of them didn’t have enough sauce/grease for my tastes. One just tasted like a Whopper in a tortilla, which is not what I wanted, as I dislike Whoppers. They either forgot the sauce or just didn’t put enough on. I don’t get the Cheese Whiz reference as I didn’t even notice the cheese, although supposedly there is some sort of “queso” on them.

I tried a Whopperito after seeing (but not opening) this thread.

I don’t need to try another one.

More for me! I find the idea far better than the BK tacos, which everyone seems to like for some reason.

I didn’t know BK had tacos.

Actually, I’m not a fan of BK. I prefer Carls’ Jr. But the nearest one is 70 miles away, so sometimes I’ll go to BK,

Maybe not all locations have them, but they’re supposedly similar to Jack In The Box tacos, from what people have said? Never had Jack In The Box tacos, so I don’t know. I do know that my brother loves the BK taco.

Ahh… So THAT’S what was wrong with the one I tried: No sauce. I didn’t even know that it was supposed to have any kind of sauce. :smack:
I love Whoppers, but eating it in the tortilla was just extra messy. And all the fixings kept wanting to slide out the back.
I’ll have to try another one, perhaps from a different location. Maybe they’ll do it right next time.

There’s a Trump joke in there somewhere, but due both to my inability to formulate it properly, and a hunch that politics don’t belong in Cafe Society, I won’t post it.
