I could have sworn I’ve heard this twice before.
The first time, they said it’d be live-action.
The second, they said they’d move Bart to his teenage years and have him getting seduced by an older woman.
(On the other hand, it took 'em over 20 years to make a Spider-Man movie, but hey…it happened!)

Itchy and Scratchy, I wouldn’t mind, but they should NEVER make a Simpsons movie. Something about that would just seem wrong and an affront to the show, for some reason.
