it’s worse than your summary makes it sound. The witness lured by the prostitute was Kushner Sr’s own brother-in-law. Kushner Sr then sent the tape to his own sister.
Christie could have been a bridge to reconciliation with Democrats.
Of course, *getting *to that bridge would take a while, but still…
I remember the good old days when Republicans used to pretend to believe that Bill Clinton was too immoral for office.
Kushner Sr. is a scumbag, but he’s not running for office. So not sure how that even begins to tarnish the Republicans under your premise.
Also, Kushner Sr. was a donor to both Bill and Hillary. Also Rudy G. He was an equal opportunity scumbag.
At least Christie had his moment in the sun, grovelling at the president-to-be’s feet as Our Great Man seduced America * and vowed vengeance on Christie for having first run against him. He’ll always have Persepolis.
And ride in triumph through Persepolis ?
Is it not brave to be a King, Techelles?
Usumcasane and Theridamas,
Is it not passing brave to be a King,
And ride in triumph through Persepolis?
Oh, they still believe that. And they also believe that It’s OK to have a Republican Candidate with children from three wives, cheated on 2 of them, and a current wife who has posed for lesbian porn photos. That’s not a problem.
Also, the problem of increasing the debt has now been eliminated. Not the increasing debt, mind you, but the PROBLEM is gone, now that we will have a Republican in office. Massive debt, here we come! It’s OK now!
I’m sure it won’t take much of a trail of cannoli to lead him south to some “Think Tank” off of the beltway, like that tomato-head
Gingrich did for decades. I’m sure that once there, he’ll be at the parties of “The Very Best” people, who will notice him mostly
every time they see that the server’s plate of hors d’oeuvres is completely empty.
Yes, but this wouldn’t be the first government that had a “Night of The Long Knives” at its beginning.
Justice.
Its only two syllables, more descriptive, and its much easier to toast to with friends.
Cheers! ![]()
…was Ambassador to Hell taken? Shame…
Grandpa Munster…?
He’ll always be around when there is some sort of huge fund like the “9-11 Charity Fund” to [del]Raid[/del] Manage.
I’m just surprised he wasn’t “managing” pallets of $1000 bills in The Green Zone in Iraq with a forklift…
Huh, now that you mention it, Trump will be only the second president to have been divorced (and the first to have been divorced twice). Reagan was the first.
What are the odds Trump gets divorced while in office?
Good question. Melania’s well past her expiration date.
I’m just not sure if Trump will have much opportunity to audition her replacement (as is his established practice), being busy presidenting and all.
Maybe that’s what the weekends at Trump Tower is for.
“Sorry, dear. Air Force One is booked solid this weekend, see you Monday.”
With all the dickheads in politics these days, what’s the difference?
Yes, I agree, my comment regarding the Republican’s lying hypocrisy with regard to morality and public office was misplaced.
Competent does not preclude evil, criminal or dangerous.
Oh. Well it’s all OK then, Trump, Hillary — all the same. Your side does it too. Killary, killary, killary.
We can all go home and be happy the best man won!
Oh well, Christie was the closest to “normal and sane” they had in that bunch. That’s why he HAD to go
This seems like body-shaming to me.
We’ll add a trigger warning for you next time, Polly Pocket.
There are many valid reasons to loathe Chris Christie, a man whose deliberate actions are corrupt, underhanded, self-serving and frequently petty. Using his size as an insult is lowbrow of the lowbrow-est and unnecessary. There are few things I dislike more than anyone who helps Donald Trump in any way, but that’s b/c of who they are and what they do rather than how they look.
I agree but did you see him in his softball uniform? He’s practically begging to be a punchline.
And my favorite video just because.
The reason he’s part of this discussion is Jared’s wide-ranging revenge vendetta against Christie and anyone remotely connected to him.
In that context, it’s worth pointing out that Kushner Sr. was locked up for having committed serious crimes, so Jared’s vendetta isn’t remotely justified, but rather a case of bad judgment taken to a considerable extreme. The moment he’s managed to ride his FIL’s coattails to a position of influence, he uses it to go after anyone connected to the man who got his father deservedly incarcerated. He’s one power-mad little dick, and he’s just getting started.
