These aren't the mugs I'm looking for

Perhaps I don’t know the magic words that will produce the results I want, but I’m having the devil of a time searching for a particular item to order online. What I want is a 4 Oz coffee mug- sometimes sold as “espresso” mugs. My search results have produced the following list of what I DON’T want, in approximate order of narrowing search:

[ul]
[li]I am searching for a mug; I do not want an espresso maker, coffee beans, or anything else you could associate with the word “espresso” other than a 4 Oz mug.[/li][li]Yes, I mean it, 4 Oz (can be 3.x Oz), not any other size.[/li][li]I want a mug, not a cup like a teacup.[/li][li]I want a ceramic mug. Not glass, not metal, not plastic. [/li][li]I want a traditionally shaped mug: straight sides, flat bottom, height >= width. I do not want a mug shaped like a beer barrel, a funny face with a big nose, or any shape other than a traditional coffee mug.[/li][li]I am not looking for a car mug.[/li][li]I want a mug that’s a solid plain color, or a modest pattern; so no cartoons, funny sayings, etc.[/li][li]I want 1-4 mugs. I am NOT placing a wholesale order for custom mugs.[/li][/ul]

I’d be grateful if anyone can point me to a kitchen and dining store that has mugs meeting the above criteria. Thank you.

How about these?

If you live near/in a big city, try the restaurant supply warehouses for non-online shopping.

How about these? mugs

Here’s Amazon
Ceramic, under 8 oz(smallest choice)
Le Creuset Espresso Mug, 3.5-ounce: white Really pricey, though.

Try ebay:

These are sort of odd-looking (is it the proportions of the handle?), but they do meet all of your basic criteria!

ETA: Sorry, just realized they’re not available online.

What you are looking for is a demitasse cup.

Yeah. 4 oz is not a mug. But isn’t that one of those bilingual redundancies?

In addition to the demitasse key word, more espresso mugs/cups are 3 ounces than 4, so searching for 3 ounces may also turn up more results.

Thanks all!
