Honestly, I haven’t been following the Myanmar situation closely, but this headline caught my attention. I thought, shit what did that poor clerk do to make them start burning stuff down?
He didn’t let them speak to his manager?
He wouldn’t let them in without masks, then called the police to have them trespassed from the store.

I was thinking they got tired of the whole “Karen” meme and were just letting off some steam.
Our domestic equivalent may be the Mamalitia.

Against:
Vaccines, lockdowns, public education
Sounds like Mamalitia is basically an organization of giant mutant coronaviruses hellbent on extinguishing humanity.
Or at least the spouses thereof.
I read that some women had started calling themselves Proud Girls. They were promptly slapped down by the Boys, and told that their duty to the cause was to Marry and Reproduce.
