Missing verb?
I think that intentional.
Just thought of one:
When [football coach, famous politician, etc.] moved from [our city] to [rival city], he raised the average IQ in both places.
“We have the biggest Wal-Mart…”
Don’t blink when you drive through (insert name of small town)- you’ll miss it.
Every year we hope summer falls on a weekend.
Best pizza in the world.
Our hopes aren’t so high, here. We’re “best pizza in Florida!”.
“The local religion here is <area sports team>!”
“Up until 10 years ago, this was a community where everyone left their doors unlocked. Things sure change fast.”
But I like it here!
“Life around here is <area sports team>–the rest is details.”
“We have two favorite teams here–<area sports team> and whoever is playing <rival of area sports team>.”
