i’m diverting my attention to perfecting my computer animation for graduation, and i’ve made it a goal to download every episode of Invader ZIM that i can get.
I went out today and spent some money to bolster the economy (two new books and a new pair of athletic shoes). This morning I watched “Mystery Science Theater 3000” and actually laughed for the first time since Tuesday, and tried not to feel guilty about it.
Oh, and I joined The Straight Dope message boards so I could share my thoughts with some sympathetic people.

Ate a pan of brownies I cooked Monday night.
Read a lot: I started the “Ender’s Game” trilogy Monday which is a mind-boggling thing to be reading, but it suits my mood better than the romances which are my usual fare.
Tried to do my normal chores, but I gave myself permission to slack off some. I have a bad feeling that people aren’t going to be hiring anytime soon.
I’ve had daydreams that I was on the second plane headed for the WTC and realized what was going on, led the passengers in a counter-attack on the terrorists and landed the plane safely with help from the ground. Hey, when I daydream, I dream big!

Went to a hospital website where they post pictures of newborns, and thought about how the world goes on.
Went to the movie “Rock Star” last night, and got swept up in the cheesy arena rock and forgot about things for awhile.
