Do NOT thank your roommate. Remember she (assuming it’s a she) is coming between you and the SDMB! This isn’t some run of the mill addiction we’re talking about here, this is the good stuff! In fact, you should drug her food so she’ll leave you alone and you can stay on longer. Trust me, it’s the only choice.

Dude, you guys aren’t addicted. I don’t have class on Tuesday or Thursday. What do I do? Get up at noon, read the boards till 5 or 6, watch TV, eat something, read the boards until 1 or 2, then go to bed.
On days I have class, I start reading at about 4, quit around 6, start around 10, and read until 4 am.

Homer you are coming close to addiction. i just got myself kicked out of school in order to spend more time feeding my habit. the whole thing backfired on my though cuz now my mom said i can’t live with her anymore unless i have a job. so now i’ve lost my free T3 connection and probably have less free time. what a screw job. but i did it all for the sake of the SDMB!
