Seriously, I’ve seen horrible warts, so bad that they physically obstructed the anus, urethra, and vagina of one woman. But no so bad as this guy.

Oh, I have heard of them. It just seems chances are, this is happening in some village somewhere that doesn’t have running water. I’m sure, like Broomstick said, it has to do with lack of access to medical care.
