He’s probably not wrong. Though I’m not buying that the police are in the cohort who are likely to be most biased.

It’s a known fact around town (I live in Indy) that Carmel police pull over 100% of the drunk/drugged up white billionaires in town, and 0% of the black ones.
I’m prejudiced against him for it, so I guess there’s a bit of truth to it.
Due to that prejudice though, I have zero sympathy. Boo hoo, wipe your tears with some hundred dollar bills or the fur of some extinct animal you have on your giant bed.
Irsay has struck me, for years, as being tone-deaf, privileged, and maybe not terribly intelligent, as well. So, there’s nothing in here that surprises me.
Dude, you were pulled over because you were driving while impaired, and you admitted as much. Full stop.

As a Baltimorean of a certain age, I cannot refrain from blurting out Irsay sucks! whenever I see that name. And I don’t even care that much about football!

Wasn’t there a recent poll or article that said that Irsay was voted the worst owner in the NFL now?
This sucks for me. I’m a diehard Colts fan, born and raised in Indiana. I can appreciate the moments when Irsay at least talks about making a winning team. But then he goes and fucks up the goodwill by shooting off this mouth like this.

Seems to me that you could party pretty good with the $29,000 in cash he reportedly had in the car, not to mention the “various prescription drugs”.
Irsay is basically Elon Musk without the accomplishments.
I do think Irsay deserves a good deal of credit for his efforts in promoting mental health issues via the NFL. He has a lot of demons he’s battled for most of his life, and has lost at least as many as he’s won. He rarely shies away from the topic, which makes this particular rant of his a bit perplexing. He’s spent a considerable amount of money making it the Colts’ off-field issue that they promote. Kicking the Stigma is the name of the program, if anyone’s interested.
