Please close thread titled Music Sheet Paper in the Questions forum. The replies have all been questions rather than answers.
Really?
Questions rather than answers?
And now, you’d like the thread locked?
Have you tried sending a PM to a mod about this?
What was wrong with the answers different posters provided in that thread?
Let me see if I got this straight. You open a thread. Four people answer asking for clarification and making suggestions. You don’t get your exact answer in a couple of hours. You get pissy and want the thread closed. I don’t think the problem is with the thread.
I’ve been closely following the thread in question, and strongly object to its closure.
It’s a hot button issue and emotions are running high.
Ah, so they should have sent a PM to a Mod?
Is that the same as reporting the OP?
A thread about a thread closure is a hot button issue?
Or the original OP?
Isn’t anyone going to answer these questions?
I blame those treble clef bastards.
GreenElf is pissed because all the “questions” have been answers and suggestions – all reasonable ones, IMHO, but he doesn’t want to follow any of them.
GreenElf, I answered your questions with true answers. You wanted to know where to get special music paper and clef stamps, and I gave you two locations that carry everything. But why close the thread? Someone else might have more.
No, it’s the bass clef dudes. Lower down, and all.
It’s that kind of snobbish attitude that led to this in the first place.
Can’t get enough of this music stuff. I’ve got a clef palate.
Are you saying your taste in music is unformed?
(On that note, I’ll give it a rest.)
Posting just to provide a staff response.

We don’t close threads merely because a poster doesn’t like the responses they have received. Besides that, several of the response since you posted this seem to direct you to sources for the item you want. I’ve left the thread open but moved it to Cafe Society since it’s related to music.

If you want a thread to be closed, or other moderator action to be taken, the best way is to report the post by clicking on the red-and-white triangle in the upper right hand corner of the post, or else e-mail or PM a moderator. Requests should not be made in ATMB, so I’m going to close this thread.
