Thread title changes

It not infrequently happens that a thread is created with a problem title that later is fixed by a mod. It’s also common that one or more early posts pertain to the problem title, and thus wind up making little sense once the title is fixed.

I’d like to request that in general when a title is changed in any significant way, the post in which the mod notes that the change has been made also include the old title.

Not a bad idea-I’ll try to remember to do so in the future.

I’ll also try to do this. I quite often don’t change titles, where there has been significant input(read-derision) about the original title.
