I generally am opposed to name changes, but I agree that your current one may not project the image you wish. (Though I admit that it is one of my favorites!)
I absolutely love Whuckleberry Finn, or just Whuckleberry. It keeps a lot of the old name while eliminating the “fuck” factor. If a person must change their name, I like it when they change it to something that at least contains a clue to the old one–like the yojimboguy to Boyo Jim switch.
Speaking of which, is there any current thread which lists some of the recent name changes? I keep seeing “new” posters with 700 or 1500 or 4500 posts.
And all this time I thought I was the more experienced Isle Of Man based doper.

I always liked your username, so I’d vote for keeping it as I tend to mix up
a) posters with animal names (Giraffe - Gazelle) anyone?)
b) posters with similar sounding names (all posters with Unclesomething, the yojimbos, the neuro/necro/whatevermancer)
c) pretty much anyone with a number at the end
d) posters who changed their name (I still miss TTT, he was so easily identifiable…yes, I know it was a truck stop, but still)
If you’re still going for a change, whuckleberry seems to present the least amount of trouble and sounds nice, too.

Who’d’ve thought my spur-of-the-moment suggestion (“Whuckleberry Finn” shortened to “Whuckleberry”) would be popular? And the advantage is people could still call you “Whuck” for short!
Another possibility might be “FunkleWhucker” … no, no, that’s a step in the wrong direction 
How about Giant Frickin’ Tiki Head? I posted that in a CS thread a couple days ago and it’s got a nice ring to it.
Name changes are an abomination. I can’t even begin to keep up. So, if you want all your friends/admirers/detractors to lose track of you permanently, just change your name.
