Time for the "Middle of 2015" Postcard Exhange!

Mine are there! Sorry for the hassle–thank you so much!
Now to find good postcards…
hmm…

I have mine!

I got mine, thanks! Next time, I suggest you copy, paste and organize all the usernames, real names and addresses in a word processing file, so that you aren’t at the mercy of the SDMB PM system if you have to reconstruct all those outgoing PMs.

Be sure to mention your own username on your postcards, folks, and to post here when you either send OR receive any postcards. Thanks!

Hmm. I know I had postcards while packing for the movers to come last week. And I know I put them in a box where I’d find them again pretty quick. Guess what I haven’t managed to find yet? For a number of reasons, I guess I’m focusing on unpacking today!
(I’ll buy new ones if I have to. These were just from some travel last fall that I bought specifically for the exchange.)

Got mine.
Found a stash of cards I had been setting aside.
Found some stamps too!
All sent (or at least in the outbound mail).
Had to hurry - headed into the mountains tomorrow at dawn, leaving civilization behind for a week.

On their way! Also discovered that larger postcards take a regular first-class stamp instead of regular postcard rate.

Ha! Knowing I needed to find them, I’ve been doing major unpacking today and found at least some of them. Hooray!

I got my list - my own name was one of the 4 however - so I’m wondering if I got someone else’s?

My name is one of my four as well…

I thought that we were to send out three cards - and I assumed that my own entry was included on the list of 4 so that the same list could be copy-pasted to all 4 individuals in question. Just ignore your own name (or send yourself one, if you’re so inclined) and that’s your three. I seem to recall it was done that way before, but I could be wrong.

ETA: It was done that way on at least one earlier iteration of the exchange, so I was actually not mistaken.

Addressed, stamped, and ready to go out with the morning mail.

You are indeed correct.

My postcards are OUTTA HERE  Sent technically yesterday, 7/27/15.

I mailed them in envelopes because they are lovely vintage ones, and I didn’t want the USPS to ruin them.

Thanks to all! I’m looking forward to receiving mine

I sent mine yesterday, too. Postcards awaaaaaaay!

You guys ROCK! Five sets on their way already. Way to go!

I’m going to my local historical society during lunch today to find some cool cards (or I could use some in my ever-growing stash).

OTW yesterday

Postcards sent! (or, at least, put in the postbox).

Let’s hope they make it soon to their destinations

Put in the mailbox today, a personal best!

Going out in today’s mail

Mine went out about 10 minutes ago. YAY!
