Did Time Team 2010 get canceled? I thought it was supposed to start mid January?
According to the website, their still repeating 2009.

According to a poster on the Modern Antiquarian board, excavations were done last year and Tony Robinson is contracted for 2010 so it will happen.
Rumours say the new series may start in March.
