Time to bust out the hairspray..

Yup, I just got tickets to this years Grand Slam Metal Jam, where I’ll see 80’s legends Poison, Warrant, Enuff Z’Nuff and Quiot Riot. Sure, not the coolest bands around these days, but I saw Poison last year, and they put on a great rock show. I also have tickets to the Pantera/Slayer tour, so I’m not a total lost cause. 'Course, I could go see a band from, say, this decade.

Shut up blur

But I have tickets to the August Raw taping in Chicago. On the ramp, close enough to reach out and touch the wrestlers-well,two of them anyway :).

My sign’s all ready…look for " Jeff Hardy-Come Feed My Need! "

My band opened for Quiet Riot in 1992. They were playing in a bar in Calgary.
Metallica played the Saddledome the next night, and were in town - they came to see QR. We got tickets for the pit.

Tres cool.

Ginger, thats kinda cool. Did you get to meet QR? If so, how did they act. My friends band opened for Nuclear Assault (a baaaad metal band who were somewhat popular in the scene in the 80s), and they were so freaking full of themselves, trashing all the new (at the time) bands and bragging about their new bus, and on and on. Of course, they shut up after only about 40 people showed up and most of them left after the opening bands.

They were ok. They were more concerned with Metallica than with us.
I DID get a signed drum head, though.
