Toby my baby billy goat follows me everywhere. I have 6 baby pigs, the 3 smallest ones are in the small pen. When I fed them, Toby decided it was time to meet them.
“I’ll build my house of sawhorses and plywood! It’ll never blow down!”
If those pigs had gone around sniffing the wolf’s butt, I can understand his eating them.

I love Toby’s little dance on top of the pig’s house and when he’s trying to run away from the piggie that’s wanting to sniff his butt. What a cutie!
I too require more turkey footage. I love the way the gobbler struts around in the background, displaying madly, feverishly, to–apparently–nobody at all, since the hens are feeding peacefully in the background, with their “Just ignore him, maybe he’ll go away” faces on.
That was too precious! When your Toby splayed his legs over the side, trying to jump down was such a squee moment

I am not sure what the deal is with Lumpy’s back. It doesn’t seem to bother her, so as long as she’s OK, I will leave her be. If it starts to affect her though, then I will have to do something. If I was a proper farmer, I would have culled her from the herd when it was first noticed, the neighbour kids have advocated and petitioned, and my soft side overpowered my sensible side :smack:
So now I am feeding a lumpy pig that will still have to be put down in the fall, but I can’t sell her for meat.
