Normally, Yenny is an easy read, with fun visuals and simple humor – Granmama is constantly berating Yenny for the way she dresses. Her mother, divorced from her father, is apparently pregnant by him again.
Having said that, I’m not sure I get it:

I think the artist writes them in Spanish and translates it to English, which usually works OK, but maybe it just didn’t fly this time.
Let’s see. She standing there in her short short cutoffs and a tiny bra, with the grandma at a level to be seeing her ass as she’s in a sexy stance. And the grandma comments on her getting pregnant.
No. Can’t think of any connection at all. 
I think the comment is about the mother, not Yenny, and has something to with what’s going on out of the panel. Probably she’s enjoying the exam too much.
