Gosh, it’s been ten years, but Cecil calls a toejam football

…the disgusting ellipsoid that forms when you rub it with your finger

and then proceeds to invoke the Beatles. Of course, to the Beatles a toejam football would be a disgusting spheroid, not an ellipsoid.
