Over the top of course…my girlfriend buys the kind with designs on it and if I’m gonna pay extra for some stupid picture of a flower I want to see the damn thing!
I’m an over-the-top gal as well. We are clearly the overwhelming majority here. Where the heck are all of those toward-the-wall deviants, anyway?

I never would replace the toilet paper roll on the holder. My husband was better about it than me, but not by much. When we repainted the bathroom, we just removed the toilet paper holder altogether. Now it is no longer an issue.
